Big mistake. I got on the scales this morning and I had gained -- are you ready for this? 6 pounds!!!!!! AHHHHHHHH 6 pounds in a single weekend. I didn't think I was eating that bad, but I guess I was. I think a lot of it could be water because I know I didn't drink nearly enough, and my sodium intake was far too high, but that couldn't be more than a couple of pounds. I am thinking about doing that. I was so good at tracking for the 1st 4 months, and I have just been so slacking lately. I think that maybe if I reset it's like starting with a clean slate. I will regret losing all of my information from when I was so good, but then I don't have the bad weeks hanging over me. Have any of you done this? Do you regret it?
