It's not bad enough to warrant any type of treatment. My doctor just told me not to sleep on my back. That is easier said than done. I tossed and turned all night. I would position myself on my side or stomach and the next thing I knew I was on my back again. I didn't sleep well at all. Hopefully it'll get easier with time. I was happy to see two Leslie Sansone videos that I didn't already have. They were only $5 each. <BR> <BR> I bought Intensity Walk which consists of 3 workouts - a 4 mile walk (60 minutes) and a walk/jog (2.5 miles in 30 minutes) and Muscle Mile One with hand weights (20 minutes). I was happy to hear that my thyroid levels are back in the normal range. I am sleeping much better now and my energy level is back to normal. My new favorite is called Just Walk (Walk To The Hits, Party Songs). I actually like it better than Zumba because the steps aren't as complicated and it features High Intensity Interval Training. I usually fall asleep pretty quickly then wake up a few hours later and then fall back asleep for a little while and wake up again. I repeat this pattern all night long.
