Mon, 24 Mar 2014 09:40:16 EST Achieved my Goal and Beyond http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5530641 I am so excited. When I started Sparks in January of 2013, I was 256lbs. In July I got down to 218lbs.. Sun, 3 Nov 2013 06:29:14 EST My "ME TIME" http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5460740 I use to not give time to myself...just this past spring, but this summer it's seem like it had gotten worse. Everytime my daughters wanted to go somewhere, have fun, or just rest they bring their children for me to watch, not even asking me if I had something to do. And o course I go on and watch them because I know everybody needs a break, especially from children sometimes...But where was my break. I didn't log in to spark for the whole week, I didn't walk, I didn't keep up with my exercises and I didn't keep up with my eating habits i established. Because of that I gained 4 pounds. I am not upset though. I went through a bad time last week and I know it was all my fault...no one else to blame. When I weigh myself in I didn't cry or felt like i failed. I just realize i don't want to do that again. And I have determined and set my mind to it th... Sat, 10 Aug 2013 08:52:48 EST WOW...I am really seeing progress http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5429693 When I started thinking about losing weight, I felt "I'm gonna try, but I'm not going to expect much". I have been trying to lose weight for over 3 years and I lose a pound or 2 there and gain it back. I had no goal or strategy on how to lose the weight. <BR> Since I started Sparks it feels good to track what I did that day, what I ate and what I accomplished. It has now become a habit. Since that habit I have lost over 30 pounds since February and it feels good. My clothes are loose fitting... Mon, 22 Jul 2013 18:14:36 EST
