I have still been eating my super yummy salads but overdoing it on the snacks and carbs. I ended up getting a super nasty cough and flu . The cough stuck with me for a good month and a half. I felt like crap and un motivated. I pretty much stopped everything good I started. Wed, 18 Jan 2012 18:20:06 EST The start of 2011 I have recently been diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, partof the disorder consists of paranoia , depression and anxiety. All of which don't help with my weight issue. <BR> I started using Paxil about 4 months ago to help regulate my moods and help alivitae my everyday all around anxiety. Needless to say I am in the process of weaning off the Paxil and going a more vitamin based approach. Paxil has made me accumulate another 5 pounds which puts me back at 165. So the work I did...
