I am doing an On Ramp program in which I am learning the basic movements. However, I am also getting a damn good workout as well out of each time. Life has been getting in the way. However, days that I'm not going to the box, I am doing Cardio. Yesterday I ran 3 miles. It's been a while since I've been able to do that. Also, I have been told since I am doing Crossfit, I should NOT weigh myself. I will be gaining muscle..blah bla... I'm very excited for cute skirts, dresses, capris, etc. I am dying to shop. However, it would be wasteful to do that right now when I am still wearing the same size. All my clothes from last year and now still fit. I want to have lost at least one pant size before I buy some new clothes. I do not expect to drop a size in tops. If anything I would just go from loose fitting tops to maybe semi-fitted or fitted tops. There's still time before spring weather hit... Sat, 2 Feb 2013 11:57:18 EST Hard times ahead http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5228690 My boyfriend and I have been facing a lot of challenges lately. Besides the obvious stress and emotional roller coaster I have been on from it, it also means I'm more likely to give in to my emotional eating and start binging again. I don't want to do that. So far I've lost 11lbs. I'm on my way to getting where I want to be. I decided to join the group on here for Emotional Eaters. I figured it'd be a good precaution to take.

Besides for maintaining healthy eating habits it also im... Tue, 29 Jan 2013 12:00:15 EST Eating Better http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5222038 It's Day 4 of my Insanity/Light strength training program. I have been eating healthy and watching my portions. I'm still eating three meals a day with a few small snacks. A lot of people recommend eating six small meals. I have tried, but until I can really portion my food well, I am going to stick to this. Once I have portion sizes down, I will give that a shot. Typically my meals right now are:

Breakfast- Oatmeal with Whey protein & berries OR egg whites with salsa
Lu... So, today (January 21, 2013) I am starting INSANITY. Hopefully I will be doing this EVERYDAY for the next 60 days.

I was adamant that I had to begin the program today being a Monday. I didn't want to wait despite the fact I am severely jet-lagged. I had a 9 hour day of traveling, but sometimes you just have to suck it ... Mon, 21 Jan 2013 18:36:16 EST
