It was the same half I ran last year. I had a 15 minute improvement over last year. I was ecstatic. <BR> <BR> During the last 2-3 weeks of my training, I did something to my right knee. I was on a 7 mile training run, I had no trouble. I woke up the next morning and my knee was so swollen that the skin was tight around it. It was painful. I spent the next few days with my leg propped up witb ice and heat. It was starting to feel better. <BR>...
