Did a bootcamp video and ran 5 miles, which went pretty well. Starting to get pretty bored with my running route so I need to try something new. Have my 7 mile run this weekend and I'm looking forward to it! Just a few months ago I never would have thought I would be running a 7 mile race! Soon I'll be running a half marathon! Since I can't work out, I'm feeling really tense and stress eating. Trying really hard to keep it under control. It's so difficult on days like this because I do not physically have enough time in the day to get everything done and take care of myself properly. Planning to go on a long run tomorrow once I'm finished with my midterm and work. I tend to eat based on time. Once noon hits I think I need to eat lunch and at 5 it's dinner time. But instead of eating like that I'm trying to listen to my body, not the clock. Going good today. I've eaten 2 servings of fruit and some carrots which has taken care of my sugar cravings for now! Hopefully I can stay strong when it's the end of the day. Right now I'm feeling great though!
