I was up and out of bed before my alarm went off. I worked this morning my first job which is a housekeeping postion so lots of movement. Then also Job #2 today where I ate my footlong egg ham and cheese. But I did have Chocolate fudge poptarts for breakfast and 3 pieces of toast lightly buttered as my lunch. Been a relaxing day. I only woke up once in the middle of the night and I got up on time this morning for my alarm. I did a 35 minute workout this morning on the Wii Fit. I ate some yogurt for breakfast. I had no work today and in my cold town with nothing much to do I stayed home most of the day. So today is day 1. I've kind of been soing crunches here and there but no consistency.
