The very first group I joined was "Eating Clean" It was being moderated by the most beautiful, fit women. They seemed SO smart and shared info that related to the Tosco Reno way of life. <BR> As time went on, there were things that we, as a group, did not agree with. I shocked my body at the beginning of the week by eating on the high end of my calories then back to normal. Also, I don't know if it did anything but I tried Jillian's concoction of Dandelion tea, cranberry juice and lemon juice in my water the day before my weigh in! lol, I know sounds dumb, but i had nothing to lose, right? I had a very high protein low carb day yesterday. I'm going to try it again this week, see if i get the same good results.
