I have reached my final goal weight. I will not change my goals again. I am at a healthy weight that I should be able to maintain fairly well, those cookies at lunch today were really good though. Well I guess I'll have to do some sort of activity tomorrow to make up for it. I have done this without giving up anything that I really enjoy nor have I spent lots of money by joining a gym and hating it. That has been the key for me. My weight peaked at 185 at Christmas time (no surprises there). So I jump on the New Years weight loss band wagon and managed to lose 10lbs on my own and with some success on another web site that also tracked food and excercizes but just couln't motivate myself to do any better.
