I'm in walk mode for a couple days till I get over back soreness from a fall but I'm not complaining. Back to gym classes mid-week.

267 265 On the nutrition front, today is a new day as well after a lot of back pedaling last week. A veggie and lite cheese sandwich on bakery sourdough bread is on the menu for dinner today with a banana. Also, I'm going... Sun, 9 Jun 2013 12:04:29 EST One good day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5382896 Today was one good day after 2 days that weren't that good - I had encounters with the icecream carton with in the fridge over the last couple days that i don't want to elaborate on.. 4 198

81 Actually what happened was that I fell and hurt my back and was so stressed out over the whole situation that I dove into this carton of icecream like there was no tomorrow..fortunately, I'm feeling sore but a lot better today and have gotten over my ... Sat, 8 Jun 2013 22:50:40 EST On a lipstick kick.. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5380619 81 This has nothing to do with spark - or maybe it does. I saw my favorite brand of lipstick on a huge *sale*..which it's never on sale..so I ordered a number of them in different colors..which I'm sure I don't need. I'm happy but I'm not because this has me wondering - is there some sort of sense of deprivation thing going on. I know I overeat if I'm in diet mode because I feel deprived.

I also have been focusing on being frugal so maybe the sale just triggered that w... Thu, 6 Jun 2013 18:12:26 EST You can accomplish a lot in a week http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5378007 81 145 Well, this week has started off slow - yesterday was pretty much horrible in terms of nutrition. Today is going well. I think somewhere in there I sort of just let go of the whole working on a healthy lifestyle thing so getting back to structure is going to take some doing. *But* you can accomplish a lot in a week so this week is going to get me back in the healthy direction I was on through till the beginning of March.

So..in an effort to get back in ... Tue, 4 Jun 2013 13:35:51 EST It's Monday - Plan for a good week http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5376205 81 So this weekend had its ups and downs. I sometimes feel like I can't share this weight loss journey with anyone else because if you're not going through it, you may not actually understand.
It sort of stresses me out because it would be nice to just have everyone around you just get it without being explained. *But* that's neither here nor there and is a good excuse to get into "woe is me" mode which doesn't help anyone especially me..which leads me to the reason for this b... Mon, 3 Jun 2013 01:14:13 EST Happy Sunday! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5368521 Today is going a bit better..I think i was just letting everything go and becoming complacent. Today I'm focused on a clean lo-carb diet. I feel so much better when I'm not eating a lot of white flour products.

New discovery, just flavoring water a little bit helps me drink a lot more water. I found this tropical juice which adds a ton of flavor to water if I just add 2-3 tablespoons to a glass..add some ice and it looks and feels like a treat. 274 45
<... I want to have certain standards for how I treat my health and my body -- because I'm worth it.

331 Plan for the rest of the day:

-- Complete work project
-- Workout
-- Check in at end of day to check off list, report workout stats on this blog and set goals for tomorrow
-- 4 more glasses of water

311 Reasons f...
