That's a piece of equipment, recovery board, etc. at 30 second intervals for a total of 30 minutes. Today's workout was enhanced. Instead of the recovery board the class did Julian Michael's exercises in between the equipment. <BR> <BR> We had the best time. 30 seconds is not much time to learn something new.
