I was going through some older pictures of myself to add to a digital picture frame. I never realized how much weight I have lost. You really do not notice the weight loss if it is gradual, like mine has been. I have lost 25 pounds in the 1 1/2 years. It may be slow, but it is always in the right directions, never gaining back more than 2 pounds.... <BR> <BR> Anyway, I saw the picture and could not believe that it was really me... Wed, 11 Sep 2013 13:49:41 EST No artificial sweeteners for a week! Really. My hubby went to the Dr last Tues to be told how bad artificial sweetners really are for you. He brought home an aritcle how diet soda makes you gain more weight. because of the artificial sweetners. So I gave it up. So, now my coffee has creamer (no sugar or splenda) and my ice tea has lemon.... but I am not adding anything else to sweeten. I can actually say, that after a week, I don't really miss it?!? In reading the Chris Powell Book "Choose More, Lose, More for Life" he talks about transformation! True transformation. Understand that we need to love our selves. One of his exercises in the book is to list 7 great things that happened in the last past year to me. Here is my list: <BR> <BR> 1. started my journey to transformation! <BR> 2. Trained for a 5k.
