I am still tracking my food and exercise, but I have had a lot going on that has kept me from implementing everything with the fidelity that I have been.

First off I found out that my new husband wan ts a divorce. This was a surprise to me I had no idea he was feeling the way he was even though I should of seen the signs. So he moved out and I went and stayed with my mom for a week. I am back in our apartment, but it is a mess fro... I think I am going to meet my 2,500 minute goal way before the year is up so I will have to revise this goal. I don't know I am thinking maybe 7,000 minutes. Since I have been hitting about 1,000 a month.

192 192 192 192 192 192
I also finally hit my next mini go... Tue, 7 Aug 2012 00:04:21 EST Summer is Fading http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5000266 Summer is fading, not the heat, but starting Tuesday I am back to school. I really enjoyed this summer and am sad to see it go, but I can't wait for this year to start. I am starting a new journey with middle school students. I absolutely loved working with the little ones, but I think I am going enjoy the bigger kids as well.

I have to say that this was the best summer ever because it was the summer I decided to change my life and happen to stumble across SparkPeople.

... Sat, 4 Aug 2012 00:40:00 EST A New Month http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4997329 So I stopped the January Jump Start Challenge. I have been going to the gym here in the apartments and feel like I am pushing myself more there then I do with the videos. I still do them some days when i need a change. Just because I stopped this challenge doesn't mean I am not working out. I have made fitness minute goals and I tend to beat them!

I am still doing the stress busting challenge. I didn't fully complete week 1, so I am doing it again before moving on to week 2. It's f... Thu, 2 Aug 2012 00:45:10 EST Update http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4986808 I finished the 28 Day Boot Camp Challenge! Yay! I don't think I have ever regularly exercised for this long. It was a great challenge to get me into a workout routine. I joined the January Jumpstat Workout Challenge to help keep me going. I am now in Day 2 of that challenge. I like it, it is a lot like the Boot Camp, but different videos. This is good for me. I need consistency, but with variety.

For cardio today I did an 8 minute cardio warm up from Flirty Girl Fitness, then a 12... Wed, 25 Jul 2012 19:13:17 EST One Month http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4983564 Celebrating one month with SparkPeople! 7 pounds down!

I have been feeling so good since I've joined SparkPeople, however, not everyday is all rainbows and sunshine for me. I have had some really hard days. Take yesterday for example. My husband and I are working on some debt we have accumulated over the last couple years. It is getting hard to budget everything. My biggest fear is not being able to afford the food I need to stay healthy. I know that eating healthy doesn't have to ... Mon, 23 Jul 2012 16:44:04 EST Delivery in the Mail (update) http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4976769 I got my food scale and sports watch today in the mail. It was a nice surprise!
I got the Biggest Loser Taylor scale. It was well priced and the reviews on it where good. It seems to be accurate. Now I just need to start using it! Now that I have it there is no guessing on portion sizes anymore and I will be able to track my food more accurately.
The watch is a Tech4o. I want to use it so that I can jog in my neighborhood and know exactly what I am doing. I can use the stopwatch t... Sun, 15 Jul 2012 17:29:11 EST Rewarding Myself http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4969106 So, I gained 1.6 pounds on vacation. I was not happy about that, but I am learning from my experience.
I was a little lenient on my calories while in Vegas, but I was still honest with myself. I tracked everything I ate. I did go over, but not too badly. I took a two day break from my 28 day boot camp for I didn't bring my laptop, but I will worked out. Now that I am home I am back on track with my diet and feeling better. I was also able to reflect on my food tracker and come up with w... Fri, 13 Jul 2012 18:23:36 EST Past the Point of No Return http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4961349 Today I feel as if I have pasted the point of no return. I have been on SparkPeople for just over 2 weeks now. I have started eating healthier, doing physical activity everyday, and I lost 5 pounds! This shows me that the changes I am making are working. I still have a long way to go, but I know that I cannot go back now. If I go back to the way I was I will just keep gaining weight and continue to be unhappy. I must keep going. Sun, 8 Jul 2012 23:35:08 EST More Motivation http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4959945 These past two days I've really had to motivate myself to workout.
Since I changed my Fast Break goals and will no longer be collecting a motivational picture each day (doesn't mean I won't still be looking) I thought I would share with you all the pictures I collected over the two weeks.

<img src="http://photos-ak.sparkpeople.com/... This week I have done the minimum amount of cardio while in the first week I was doing at least 30 minutes a day. I've taken the last two days off from cardio. I went over a week doing it everyday so I figured I could give my body a rest. I will be back on i... I was a little discouraged when I realized how long it would actually take me to really reach my goal. I am a patient person, but when I am so unhappy with my weight I just cannot wait for the day I feel satisfied. Who knows maybe someone might find what I am doing helpful.

Yesterday I saw my cousin and her daughter asked me if I was having a baby.
