I stayed up way later than usual for two nights but got up at my regular times. I walked the fishing peir 2 miles each day while there. I also walked before traveling the first day. Apricot and cherry. One peice is all it took to feel a little sick. Especially after the "samples" that added up to more calories than I could keep up with. I had bready, chrackery, baked goody bites that I have not eaten in months... I am as expected up 3 lbs of fluid. I didn't dump but felt miserable and well threw the tempting cof... Our x-brother in law was there and it was nice to see him again. I need to wrap some gifts for tomorrow night but my hubby and I are not wrapping ours to each other. We are feeling the appreciation and JOY to have each other. We have come through many surgeries this year for him. In the past the health crises were mine from a car accident and then my Liver biopsy hemorrhage.
