I am looking to basically adjust from the keto to just counting calories. I am keeping in mind the right or healthy calories, not breads which are not good for me, and feeling at peace. I did really bad yesterday starting with peanut butter crackers, cheese sticks from Sonic, all of which I ate over and above my healthy lunch. Boredom due to 3 hours of no shows/down time. Now I did walk and get my 3 miles during part of this time. Then I went to dinner with my husband and had a burrito supreme. So we came home to a crushed fence (thank God not the house) and 3 dogs still in the yard. They could have easily left but thankfully had not. We had to tackle it at 7 pm as dusk was setting and the sprinkling rain again but got it done.
