I was feeling kind of heavy and wanted to recommit myself to working on my weight by exercising and paying more attention to the foods that I eat. I had something sweet almost every day. I know the idea is not to starve myself but I have made a comittment to avoid sweets as much as possible as this is always my downfall especially on the weekends.
