The weekend was a little harder. We ate out twice, which made food choices a little difficult. However, I find it important to tell my self that each day or even each decision is a new chance. We may make bad decisions or have bad days, but this does not mean that every day/decision has to be that way. So here is to making good decisions this week! I have a hard time getting all three things just right. Consistency has not been my strength. I am good for a week or two and then bad for a week or two. This process has resulted in a slow weight gain over the last couple years. Trying to focus more on a life plan then a diet plan. I want to eat well and exercise regularly for a healthier me.
