The wind was blowing, making the walk even colder! Fortunately, the wind was blowing in our faces on the first part of the walk, and was at our backs on the way home. The tide was very, very high and it made the bay look so very different. I did go to a HS basketball game, which was a very exciting one. The boys won by one point, having scored the winning basket with just four seconds to go. Lots and lots of fun! <BR> <BR> I won't even go into what my eating habits were today! YIKES! I went out to lunch at a restaurant that make THE best French Fries and I couldn't resist. I didn't have dessert at lunch - instead opted to have the applesauce that came with my meal as my dessert. ... Somebody at Rotary irritated me at lunch today and that carried through the afternoon, so tonight I'm craving sweets. (two small cookies and a couple of pieces of chocolate bark....) To counteract that, I did 25 minutes on the elliptical. <BR> <BR> My weight is holding steady --- the only consolation is that I haven't gained anything since I've increased my activity level.
