And I am down--more than I dreamed that I would be. Very happy. I know that most people on Spark aren't doing medically supervised diets--but on my own I have never been able to do very well. Meeting with a behaviorist, a dietician, a nutritionist--it was what I needed to learn a lot of important things. Have stuck to plan for 11 full days--and am loving it. Tomorrow morning I start a walking program through my local Kaiser--I am very excited. Went grocery shopping and stocked up on all the things recommended by my Dr.---soups, jellies, popsicles, greek yogurt etc. So now I feel very organized and ready to rock it! I am going to try to get to bed early tonight and get my sleep schedule back on track. I love the diet--I love the food--and I am not hungry! best of all--it is extremely affordable and ... Mon, 7 Jan 2013 21:21:53 EST Modified Fast http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5194358 I began a modified fast (loosely based on Optifast) which was the only diet which has ever been successful for me. So far I have done well. <BR> <BR> I did a week of low carbing before beginning the fast going from 210 to 203 pounds (really 202.8--but I like to round).
