I start out with a slow work for about 3 minutes, and then each three minutes I increase the incline until I get to 10, and then I drop down again each 3 minutes, until I get to 30 minutes, and then I do a cool down for 10 minutes. I have Carpal Tunnel in both of my wrists. He is going to recommend that I wear a brace on my right wrist, because it is the worst. I really miss my husband and my youngest son, and I am ready for them to come home. I got my two boys up for school, and had my breakfast of oatmeal and fruit at 6:00am. After getting the last boy off to school at 8:15am.
