Wed, 9 Oct 2013 11:09:31 EST Weekend Round Up I wasn't horrible this weekend but I wasn't on spot with my food either (this week I cooked my meals through the weekend in hopes that I won't get side tracked again). I got up this morning and I got myself to the gym and I completed my whole workout and cardio! It might not seem like a big deal but it means I was consistent! For two weeks I have gotten in all of my weight training and all of my cardio (taking a fun cardio kickboxing tomorrow with a friend just as extra calorie burning). According to my body fat scale I did not loose any body fat- this makes me sad. When i am on a strict schedule during the week things seem easier and I have a routine and pre-made food and nothing to get me off track. But the weekends are like a free for all. I ate within my calorie range everyday for a week straight! I worked out 6 out of 7 days for an hour a day. I survived ZUmba even though I am sure I looked pretty ridiculous. I had stats based on 2009-2012 when I first lost all the weight but I have gained half of it back- so I reset. I made my start date today and my weight what I weigh right now.
