I gave up for a while, but I'm back on track! I asked for a juicer for my Birthday, and got it a month early, for Christmas. So excited! I weighed 235.4 today. At first, I thought I broke the scale, but then I realized that my menses just ended, so I'm guessing that the extra weight is from water weight. <BR> <BR> I have been exercising way more. That's not saying much... my previous exercise routine consisted of walking... from my room to the couch, from the couch to the fridge, and back to my room... No wonder I got fat! It gives me an accountability that I need to stay on track. I walked 1/2 mile today to church, which is about 1/2 mile further than I usually walk. I've decided to try to walk there and back on Tuesday morning. My goal for this week is to get to where I do it every morning. Living in Arizona, the summers are miserable for being outside...
