I have to say it really hasn't been that bad I am really use to it already. I have lost a total of 23 pounds but about 10 of those I lost before I started the diet but still WOW 13 pounds in about a month! Yesterday I went looking for a shirt and found some jeans I had put away about 6 months or so ago cause they had stopped fitting sad day!
