This very filling dish consists of just 1/2 cup of oats cooked with 1 cup of almond milk and 1 cup water as well as some fruit--in my case, I added a fresh pear to mine. Also you'll need splenda, salt, cinnamon, and I added nutmeg. It makes a large serving of food that keeps you feeling full for a long time! I might make it again tomorrow!
