Think i need a fill

the last few days i have been struggling with food potions and hunger. i keep trying to make excuses but its getting more obvious the more i struggle. I hate the thought of another fill. I do not know why but everytime i need a fill i feel like i have failed in some way. Im suppose to go back to the doctor like the 2nd week of june but i may call and go in next week.

I had a great mini vacation. The hotel room was super I got the romance package so we got a bottle of champaine box of chocolates wine glasses a picture frame and rose petels in the hot tub. so the weekend came and went today at work i got on the scale and wow a 5lb increase. I just dont get it. I did not eat the wrong foods this weekend I didnt over eat . went to the doctor today for my follow up been 8 weeks and in 8 weeks i lost 8.5lb so they were pleased about that . I m hoping to keep up the good work . I still have my mini challange to hit 200 by july . It has been a rainy day which makes a lazy day. I have a doctor appt. tomorrow so I've been trying to really sick with the program and make good choices with food. It has been showing the scale has been moving down slowly. Today was pretty good rebekah temp stayed around 100 hopefully she will be ok tonight and we are on the way to recovery. she is suppose to have her 1 year check up in a week but even though i know they are busy I think im going to reschedule I dont like the idea of her getting any shots so close to her being sick. she will still be on antibiotics when she goes . and i dont want to pay for 2 check ups so hopefully i will remember tomorrow to do that im sure they will not be happy about it.

we'll my birthday cake has put on a couple pounds so I need to crack the whip and get back to watching what I eat and get some exercise in. while the baby was sick I wasent able to get on the treadmil.
