It makes tracking my progress so easy. I am concentrating on my nutrition right now. Weight loss is my most important goal right now. Adding small amounts of exercise and activity gradually. Really focusing on setting up some great habits that will serve me well in my journey towards health and fitness. I am off to a great start! I love checking into my spark points each day.
