Not majorly but down without too much stress or fuss. *yeah* me!! The last few days, I have had some cravings at night but I did not give in. Each time I resist, it seems to get easier. I was healthy. I managed my type 2 diabetes without medication. I slipped. I didn't care. I ate and drank what I wanted, when I wanted it. Once in a while I would watch myself. I did not test my sugar at all. About two years ago, I went to the doctor's. My average was near 9%. I tried to be good for a few months, enough to get a few months supply of drugs.
