I kept working out but than I slid into my bad habits again. I am going to win or die trying. When I saw my page for the first time again on here I almost died inside. Hey Everyone Happy Thanksgiving, <BR> I know its been awhile, and I'm not even gonna make any excuses, I'm just gonna be honest, and say I stopped tracking my food intake and workouts, because I just didn't want to do it anymore. But you will all be happy to know that I have stayed consistent with my workouts and I'm still working out 3 times a week and I'm doing 60 mins of cardio and 3 times a week strength training and I'm losing inches and it makes me feel great! I'm soo relieved because yesterday I was weighed at my Doctor's office and I found out that I lost 4 more lbs, I get weighed in every three months by my Doctor so that was really cool and that brings my total weight loss to 19 lbs lost since beginning Spark People!!!!
