Here's my results from night 1: <BR> <BR> 1. Woke up at 7:30. <BR> 2. Got in bed at 12:30, actually laying down to sleep at 1:30. <BR> 3. Bedtime routine is wash face, brush and floss teeth, 2 songs on Pandora, read Bible, journal. <BR> 4. Last thing I ate for the day was decaf coffee with creamer, chili, bunny crackers and water, around 10:30 pm. Drank a little more water later, but not much.
