I'm going to weigh myself this morning, although I don't expect to see anything great. But....I'm going to try to add in more exercise this next week. Even tried on my size 36 jeans in the hopes they might fit, but it's not time yet, so that will be my goal for the next week to see how much closer I can get. Today's weigh in was 213.2. I would like to weigh 210 at the best and 211.2 at the worst. We'll see! Picked up a ten-pound weight just to see what it was like - that's alot of fat! Took a nearly 3 hour hike in the mountains today - what a workout. Definitely need work on my cardio. Tomorrow, my plan is to really start hitting the weights and doing body exercises to get the rest of me in better shape. So far, counting calories has not been a bother and really is working.
