Not great, but the carb reload day was a huge one. I'm up a total of 3.5lbs from Saturday morning, basically all the weight I lost last week. Yesterday I didn't eat a lot, and stayed completely primal, but I think I'm still getting the aftershocks of the massive amount of calories and carbs from Sunday. I have finally noticed that almost every time I have lost a significant amount of weight, I don't gain it all back. I might gain most, but I always end up about 10lbs less than when I started. My calories were pretty low today, but I wasn't really very hungry--a late big breakfast kept me full until dinner. We got some cheap frozen fish (I know, I wish I could get fresh fish!) at the grocery store so I made a fish stew when we got home.
