I went to weigh in this morning, expecting very little on the scale as I have been eating regular chicken soup. Down 3.2!! I hit 200.6 lbs! The magic number for me as I have waiting a long time to get there again! Now onto 100 lbs down. I am at 69.4 lbs total. It's pretty easy to steer clear of it. The other snack table is in our kitchen and is usually covered with baked goods. I can also avoid that one by asking myself if it is worth it. My energy level is up considerably from what it was. I lost 86lbs on Diet Workshop in the 90's but it was too restrictive of a "diet" to follow.
