Total Loss for Month One is 26.2 lbs. I stayed on track, focused and didn't have any cheat foods. I stayed below 20 net carbs and I also did Intermittent Fasting on a daily basis. I also made it Soda--Free!! Now onto Month Two for another 30 days cheat-free!! Woohoo, I feel amazing!! Mon, 7 Aug 2017 10:02:32 EST July 7, 2017 New Start Current weight, 363 New beginning. My eating plan will be Keto low carb. 30 net carbs or less daily. Intermittent Fasting 16/8 or more daily. Also this month, I got two out of three blood pressure meds that I am on, lowered. Got great report on my cholesterol and triglycerides too. My A1c had dropped from 6.9 to 5.9 also. This month was a struggle with my sodium intake during Christmas. But all in all I am happy with any weight loss this month. I started out at 363lbs, I am now down to 312.6. I have been tracking sodium and had reduced it down to about 1500 per day. Last month I had a bigger weight loss. During the Christmas holidays I didn't track for 5 days. I know July was a rough month. I ate a ton those first two weeks, then I gained some control back. By the first of August I had 5 more pounds to add to my weight loss for a total of 15 lbs so far. I put on some fresh green beans to cook in crock pot about midnight.
