I have plantar fasciitis in both of my feet and my right foot is usually the bad one. My right foot is fine now but my left one is hurting. I have done my stretches for it and iced it but it won't settle down. I can't do my walking and I never thought I would say this - I miss it and it's only been one day. The exercise I have been getting really improves my mood. I even lost 0.3 lbs over Thanksgiving week. That surprised me and encouraged me. I love Christmas too. It makes me happy. I love the decorations - although I don't have my tree up yet - I love Christmas carols and have been listening to them on the radio. I had lots of rice ( made two boxes of rice pilaf ) with my chicken this week and I think that was the culprit. I didn't have any yummy desserts or anything special. I am so discouraged and down. Guess what he stopped my diabetic medication - metformin. In 3 months they will check my A1C again and see how I am doing. Such a nice reward for losing the weight. As a take home gift they gave each lady a bag of caramel popcorn. I decided that I would go ahead and have this treat and I just wanted more junk food after I finished. It's like it opened up this door of wanting. I did well - had a diet soda and watched a show and it passed. So glad I didn't give in to the craving.
