I just knew if I could lose 10# that I would be able to do this....now I have motivation I've been lacking. I went to Columbus, OH with 9 other ladies from our church to a Ladies Conference, and though I brought healthy snacks, all the eating out was horrendous on the count. I loved being away and being with my friends, but I'm sure glad to be home and me judging and picking out what I eat and not eat. The last few days I have been better, but I still don't eat enough protein. I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't like most meat. I'm going to need to buy some chicken breasts and fish this weekend, maybe some eggs too.
