I walked the dog for a mile...then left him at home and tried jogging a mile. It was very humid out with storm clouds and I can tell the allergens were full force. I did the mile in 13 minutes and 30 seconds. Not bad... But I had to walk several times to catch my breath! <BR> <BR> (Note: for some reason, my mile times are faster on pavement than on treadmill. I broke my mile record by 18 seconds! I am now at 14.02 minutes. I was so close to being under 14 minutes! I literally sprinted.... Today, I am down ten pounds since I started on December 31st. <em>224</em> <BR> <BR> Yesterday, I walked 2 miles to kick start my inhaler and open up my lungs. Then I hit the treadmill. I jogged 3 miles with an average of 16.2 minutes per mile. That was 48 minutes of jogging! I did walk a few times to take a swig of water and take my pulse from the handles.... I haven't done this for several weeks since I wanted to try other classes and just walk / jog. <BR> <BR> I did amazingly well!
