I'm doing ok- 7 lbs down; I'm feeling impatient, and I wish I could work out harder. I'm a fan of Mama Laughlin and have been reading her blog-- something I can identify with. When I'm stressed, I feel like having comfort-- in the form of french fries and margaritas......or whatever liquor will make me happy enough to forget how sad I am. I'm still trying to find my groove. I had one day where I just wanted to come home from work, and make a drink (alcoholic)- I had a bad day and didn't want to work out. I pushed myself and did it anyway because I needed to prove to myself that I wasn't going to give in, and at the end of the day- it would be beneficial. Glad I did that!! :) <BR> <BR> Eating seems...
