That is my goal. To finish out the month with some form of exercise a day. Luckily I have dance twice a week so that takes care of that for me. A lot of strength training like pushups and squats. I realize also that even though weight loss is a day to day process I try to plan for a week and I fall off after three days. Maybe I should do three days at a time. If I want to lose weight I really need to exercise. I need to move. I have become very sedentary. That is no good. No matter how well I eat not going to lose any weight just doing nothing. My fingers should be small with all the time I spend on the computer. I then went for a walk. I swear I walked faster than I normally would. I did listen to some music and had a desire to walk faster but definitely being stretched a little bit helped. I walked a mile in 25 mins part of which is uphill. This is fantastic for me in the morning usually it would have taken probably 10 mins more. Yeah yoga! So I walked like 4.5 miles today. Not part of my training program but hey! I was supposed to do 2 mins walking 2.5 mins jogging for a total of 27mins. I did like 105 mins just walking. Did some apt hunting today and walked the whole time. I did break it up though but I did do 55 mins straight. I did buy some new bras. Which was much needed. I hope that wasn't tmi! My sister also in Student art exhibition at her school. She placed third in fashion design. I think she should have been at least second. She won 2nd I believe fashion merchandising with her team. I am very proud and happy. Also today I walked a lot. I wanna say 2 miles. For five weeks once a week we walk. Starting at one mile and going up to three. They had health assessments( bmi, blood pressure). BP was good. I also lost two pounds! I know it happened in this last week or so. Since I have been more physical and eating better. The last week of the walking challenge they will compare the results. Hopefully I can lose 10 pounds. That would be awesome! I will take 8 as well. Don't want to take my expectations too high...
