I looked on this website and it says I have a basal metabolic rate of almost 3000 so I have been having a difference of around 1200 a day. Is it normal to feel run down? I'm not going to stop doing what I'm doing...just wondering if my body will get use to it? I'm finding it a little easier to get around now...still not great but better. I'm trying to decide when to join the gym....I was thinking I should probably wait until I'm down to 300 but I don't know. I really am not sure how hard I should or can push myself. I want to get in shape as well as lose this weight but I don't want to cause more harm than good....what do you guys think? I also have some social anxiety and I'm nervous about people staring at me ... Yesterday I did a little more hoping it would start my weight loss back up because I had stopped losing. We'll see...lol.
