The area of my life that was the most challenging regarding my healthy choices & exercising commitments is my job. I travel for a living. This was my first week back after the holiday break. <BR> On the morning of my flight, I got up at 2:45 a.m., had my coffee & hit the treadmill for a little over an hour. By the time I had to head to the airport, I had put 5 miles of exercise behind me. I have been maintaining that pace since Dec 28th. Even did... Wed, 16 Jan 2013 19:56:36 EST 2 1/2 wks in & energy level is up Loving the early morning workouts. Gives me energy all day long. Started the 10 min workout a day challenge to encourage the habit of working out. Also 2 wks into the January Challenge.
