This is a breast cancer awareness run that I want to do with my son in honor of my mother, a breast cancer survivor. <BR> <BR> This is an inaugural run and culminates with a WaterFire event on Saturday evening with the torches on the water being lit up with pink flames in honor of all those stricken by this terrible disease. We started with the intros by each of the 6 participants in my group - 3 men, 3 women. And, of all the places I could have gone, I chose to go with the Cracker Barrel (nothing wrong with that, just in the mood for root beer and hashbrown casserole). I'm stepping up my cardio and pushing myself harder on the weight training. <BR> <BR> I've kept a log since Day 1, and its interesting to see the progression of "weight lifted" on that day and now. My arms and back are still sore from my Tuesday workout, but today was heavy lower body (ironic statement since I do have a heavy lower body....). I'm really picking up the pace and brea...
