Fri, 11 Nov 2011 14:47:17 EST Nether Providence 5K 2011 i am finally getting around to posting my results from yesterday. I must say, I am very proud of them for the following reasons - 1) i am about 15 lbs heavier running this same race this year as i was last year (but that is from quitting smoking and not eating within my ranges). 2) i havent been running regularly because of life getting in the i running, yes - training 4 days a week? no. Therefore, this is possible although it sucks to be so close to where i started.

I reset everything and my calorie range is much higher than what i had before. Sat, 23 Jul 2011 07:28:17 EST disappointment and the need to start over ugh....this has been a tough year so far in some ways. Dealing with my dad's recovery from quadruple bypass surgery (thank God he is better than new now), having my assistant quit right before our super busy season of 7/1 hits resulting in about 6 weeks of 12 hour work days, other changes at work which are stressful and some other extended family issues.

through it all, i did keep exercising, although not with the daily regularity i should, i struggled through cravings after quitt...
