Sat, 19 Oct 2013 12:43:14 EST Week One Recap........ This week went pretty good. I concentrated on tracking Monday - Friday. I decided not to make any changes to my eating. I just tracked what I ate with no pressure on myself. It was immediately clear to me I need to eat more veggies and get in more protein. I wrote down every thing I ate each day and entered it every evening. I was over on my calories every day. When I received the emails regarding this challenge I put a lot of thought into whether I would start another challenge. This will be my third challenge. I never reached my 5% goal.
