I concentrated on tracking Monday - Friday. I decided not to make any changes to my eating. I just tracked what I ate with no pressure on myself. It was immediately clear to me I need to eat more veggies and get in more protein. I wrote down every thing I ate each day and entered it every evening. I was over on my calories every day.
