Too much temptation for me! I made one fairly small pan of this. 6" by 8" approximately. Yup--ate it all. So most of yesterdays eating plan foods did not get eaten. This is the first bready, muffin kind of food I have had. I really miss that kind of food. Eggs are on the plan only one day in 4. So maybe I can't have something bready except one day in 4. That is probably a good plan.

I will have to cheat however. Eggs are no... That is the problem. Each day has a different list of foods. I used to have a sandwich often. Well--there is no bread unless I can make it from that day's food list. And that is nearly impossible! Corn bread works but I still have to fudge it because eggs are not on the same day corn is listed. 24

Everything repeats of course every 4th day. It is forcing me to be creative mixing them. A month ago when I tried this I ended up with meals like fish and lima beans! I have gotten much better. I like that I can plan ahead, too. I can put a few days in the food tracker a head. I guess I need limits when it comes to food. 24

I did let myself get too hungry today. End of Day 2. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5747698 I am so tired of dealing with foods that for my evening snack, I took all the foods I had left (that I had planned for today) and threw them in one bowl.

So my evening snack is a bowl of cauliflower, hazelnuts, blueberries, red lentils and paprika!

I had planned to make two snacks form this but I just lost patience and trew it all together!

chris Sun, 27 Jul 2014 19:21:26 EST Well Day 2 is way harder than Day1 on my food sensitivity rotation diet. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5747589 At least I am only eating the things on my list. I am having an afternoon snack. Not what I would have picked for sure. I planned a snack of eggs (egg beaters) and zucchini. Not too appetizing . I had cooked spaghetti squash that I had not eaten yesterday. I sprayed a pan with pam, heated the spaghetti squash and later added the eggs, like scrambled eggs. But it looked flavorless. I noticed basil was OK for ay 2 so I added basil. The result was not bad.

Now, I would have chosen s...
