Can't wait for the fall and to be honest stopping breatfeeding so I can really get on track but I'll do what I can until then, it's for my girls health. Tue, 28 Aug 2012 12:08:50 EST Volleyball http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4934548 I have now added volleyball to the list of fitness activities I will be doing, My DH loves volleyball and is playing in a league, there aren't a lot of girls on the team so I told him I may join in sometimes.

Yesterday I tried it out for the first time, with my dh team and I had a lot of fun. I felt like I have a long way to go but I did alright.

So now dh will want me to play every tues with the team, a least some of the games.

Wed, 20 Jun 2012 10:49:45 EST What are your motivators!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4923560 Where do I find motivation to keep going?

It's mostly from within, that desire to for that feel good feeling. But there are day's where a little extra is needed.

My husband helps get me motivated. Today he pushed me to get on my bike and spin for a bit and I'm soo happy he did that. I had an awesome ride and felt great after my ride.

My Dog. I'm bound to feel like a run when I take her out for a walk and that's great exercise and training for her. We both f... Tue, 12 Jun 2012 15:48:49 EST 2 for 1 Training http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4918272 Today I took Malina out for a fun with me. During the run I decided to do some training with the dog, she needs some trust building and confidence building training so that she's not such a scaredy cat. I was worried the all this stop and go and turning might slow down my run but it only added to it.

What a great discovery, I get to train myself and the dog leaving us both happy and satisfied. Fri, 8 Jun 2012 21:35:42 EST Cycling ON http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4914985 Yes hubby has put up the bike trainer...and it's a good thing I'm starting here at home boy am I out of shape.

Only lasted 20mins but worked up quite the sweat and am quite satisfied with the ride.

GOAL: September 1st... be fit(fit into my riding pants) and confident enough to ride outside.

No excuses now to get at least 10 to 15 mins of fitness into my day. Wed, 6 Jun 2012 15:39:54 EST keeping at it http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4913074 Yesterday I had down moment. Frustrated at having no routine...after talking to hubby we've decided that if by 10am baby isn't asleep I will leave her with dad and do a walk or run with the dog.

It's not much but it's a start. Today baby fell asleep before 10 I got ready and the dog and I headed to Bruce Pit where I decided to do a half walk in the dog park and then the other half of the the walk on the trails adjacent to the park.

With my hrm on I tracked the level... Tue, 5 Jun 2012 11:24:00 EST No Routine http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4911331 The hardes thing about getting back into shape after the baby is that I have no routine or its gets intrupted so quickly with baby's needs or puppies needs or husbands needs.

I'm really frustrated today. Baby won't go down for a nap which means I'm waiting to go for a run, its almost lunch time so I'll have to eat soon and then baby will need a feeding so that leaves me with wanting to run at 9am but not getting out until who know when....eeek.

Glad to get that out of m... Mon, 4 Jun 2012 10:37:35 EST The Scale http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4907549 I love but hate the scale when I'm in workout and fitness mode.

Every morning I hope on the scale, I know I shouldn't, micro managing that way can really lead to set back. I wore my HRM to see how many calories I burn on a walk like that and I realized that this isn't enough exercise for me. It's great as a bonus workout.

The afternoon I had the chance to do a 30min rollerblade, I haven't done that since before my pregnancy, at the end of last July. It felt awesome.
