I found myself worn out, and not looking forward to my walks anymore. I think maybe the extra weights was a bad idea. So I started walking with only 5 pound dumbbells in my hands and exercise my arms while I walk. I think it is more important to enjoy the walk than intensify it too much. Do you agree? I did lose my workout buddy, that was a little bit of an adjustment, but I am back into a new roiutine and doing good with it by myself now, I just crank up the music and away I go.
