I had a week off school so I ended up being lazy. Now I'm back to school and back to working out and trying to eat right. I hope I can stick to it this time. My hardest trial seems to be weekends when we typically eat out. I have no idea how to manage that. I (most likely) went way over my caloric limit for the day. I was just so hungry-I couldn't figure out how to feel satiated. I guess there was one small achievement though. I was REALLY craving Chinese for lunch but I forced myself to go directly home and eat my Lean Cuisine meal. After that triumph though, I just couldn't get full so I ate more than I should've. What do you do when those days happen? Personally, I feel bad. I signed up for 1 year at Curves! It will be good for me for a couple reasons : one, I don't like to waste money so that will force me to use my membership, and two, I enjoyed the workout there and everyone was nice. I was planning on working out at my college with a friend two times a week, but our schedules are conflicting, so I have had to change my plan to working out alone. That's ok though. It is much easier to work out when it fits my schedule rather than try to revolve workouts around someone else. I plan on going tomorrow after class.
