Fri, 10 Jun 2011 23:56:24 EST Recap of Week 2 What a week!

I seem to be struggling in several areas.

My exercise has been lacking. I did manage in the other two days to walk 5.20 miles.
Strength training, what is strength training? I don't seem to know this week. While I was on my Biggest Loser team I usually averaged around 210 minutes a week, this week I did absolutely nothing, a big fat ZERO!... Mon, 9 May 2011 03:17:04 EST Day 1 of the Spring 5% Challenge I started my day a little later than I should have. 128 I say late because I live in sunny South Florida and if you don't get moving early or wait until the evening, exercising outside this time of year can be a bit unbearable due to the heat 67 and humidity 27
But... this is 249 , and I am determined to do as well as I have in the previous two 5% challenges, so late or not, I started my day with a 2.5 mile 311 .

After my wal...
