This accident claimed the lives of four people, one of whom was an acquaintance. He was a fellow singer, a barbershopper who loved his art, and he was a retired school principal who found it as his calling to continue to act in that role as a "sub". My BP was 110/70 and my resting heart rate was 64! I was really impressed with that number! My BMI was high, but I knew that was coming, as was body to fat ratio. One of our students was killed yesterday in a truck accident. The grandfather had picked the child up at the bus stop, and according to the story, was riding in the back of the pick-up.
