I rode my bike to bayshore mall, which is over 2 1/2 miles away and then I rode my bike back. It was hard because it was really hot today and I had to go uphill on the way back, but I did it! When I did the exercise thing with my friends I went about a mile doing intervals of running for 60 sec and walking for 90 before I hurt my ankle again. Let me start from the beginning, I woke up at 10 this morning and had breakfast. I didn't really feel like working out, but I knew that I had to. I think it was a mistake to stop tracking my food on vacation, as it has gotten me out of the habit of doing so. I recorded yesterday, but didn't record today. I dropped another size and now fit into a size large shirt! This is huge for me, it makes me feel soooo good. I started out as a 2XL and now am a L!
